Welcome to Jarvas, a product developed and operated by Bitsapiens ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jarvas platform, including our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Service Description
Jarvas is a SaaS platform designed for consulting teams. The Service provides tools for collecting and managing client feedback, AI-powered code generation from feedback and meeting notes, a client portal for project visibility and collaboration, and integration with third-party services such as GitHub. The specific features and functionality of the Service may change over time as we continue to develop and improve the platform.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. The Jarvas name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Bitsapiens.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitsapiens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RGPD). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the EU. Users within the EU retain all rights afforded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
